Refunds & Revisions

You shouldn’t pay for a page you don’t want to publish. Here’s exactly how our revisions and money-back guarantee work.

Last updated: September 15, 2026 Version: 2026-09-15

The short version

  • Revisions: as many rounds as you need for 30 days after delivery, as long as it’s still the page from your brief.
  • Refund: email us within 7 days of delivery and you get your money back in full. No need to go through revisions first.
  • Before delivery: cancel any time for a full refund.
  • If you take a refund, you can’t use the page.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1.Unlimited revisions for 30 days

Every package includes unlimited revision rounds for 30 days from the day we deliver your page. There’s no cap on the number of rounds — we keep going until the page is right.

To ask for changes, reply to your delivery email. One message with everything you’d like changed is the fastest way through; we’ll send back each round within 2 business days.

If you haven’t asked for changes within the 30 days, the page is treated as accepted.

2.What a revision covers

A revision is any change to the page described in your original brief. For example:

  • rewriting headlines, sections or calls to action;
  • adding, removing or reordering sections on the page;
  • swapping images, your logo, colours or fonts;
  • changing the layout, spacing or mobile view;
  • changing the fields on the page’s contact form; and
  • adjusting the tone of the copy.

3.What counts as a new order

Some requests go beyond revising your page. We’ll always tell you before doing any of these, and quote first:

  • a page for a different business, product or offer, or for a different target audience or main goal than your brief;
  • a second landing page, or separate versions of the page for other campaigns;
  • translating the page into another language;
  • hosting, domain setup or publishing the page for you;
  • connecting the page to software beyond a standard contact form; and
  • changes requested after the 30-day revision period.

4.Our mistakes are always on us

If something on the page is our error — a typo we introduced, a broken layout, a link that doesn’t work, or something that doesn’t match what you told us in the brief — we fix it free for 90 days after delivery, even after the revision period has ended, provided you haven’t changed the page’s code yourself in that area.

5.7-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with your page, email us within 7 days of the day we deliver it and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason, and you don’t need to go through revision rounds first — although if you tell us what didn’t work, we’ll often offer to fix it instead. The choice is yours.

After those 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but your revision rounds carry on for the full 30 days.

Late delivery. If we miss your package’s delivery time by more than two business days for reasons within our control, you can also cancel for a full refund at that point, as set out in section 6 of our Terms.

6.Cancelling before delivery

Changed your mind before we’ve delivered? Email us and we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full, whatever stage the work is at.

7.How to ask for a refund

  1. Email landly.co.il@gmail.com from the address you used for your order, or include that address in your message.
  2. Tell us your business name so we can find the order.
  3. We confirm by email within 2 business days and refund the full amount to your original payment method. We don’t deduct fees.

Once we’ve issued it, banks and card companies usually take 5–10 business days to show the money back in your account. That part is outside our control.

Your request counts from the time you send it, so an email sent on day 7 is on time even if we reply later.

8.After a refund

A refund cancels the order. The page doesn’t become yours: you must not publish or use it, or any part of the copy or design we wrote for it, and you should delete the files we sent. Your own logo, photos and text always stay yours.

If a refunded page, or a close copy of it, is published anyway, we may ask for payment of the full package price or ask for it to be taken down.

9.Fair use

The guarantee is there so that trying Landly is risk-free. If the same business repeatedly orders pages and asks for refunds, we may decline further orders from it.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it’s faster for you. If a payment is disputed, section 16 of our Terms applies.

10.Your legal rights

Landly sells to businesses. If the law where you live nonetheless treats you as a consumer — for example a statutory right to cancel a contract made online — this policy adds to those rights and never replaces them. Where the law gives you more, you get more.
